Registration of participants – We put together a registration packet that will be given to each attendee to fill out. This information will then be put into our database system. From these registration reports we will be able to tell how many hotel rooms are needed, who is bringing a guest, who is sharing a room, how many seats are needed for dinner, or what people have preordered to eat. This allows us to send up to date reports for your group that is currently attending your formal.
